I build you a real, working website first, on my own time, with no cost to you. You look at it. If you like it, you pick one of three monthly plans to keep it live. If you don't like it, you owe me nothing and we part ways no hard feelings.

There's no setup fee. Once you decide to keep your site, you choose from three plans: $49/month for a complete website without ongoing content edits, $75/month for the site plus small monthly updates, or $150/month for the site, updates, and a better lead-capture system. Cancel anytime.

Agencies typically charge $3,000 to $10,000 up front, have long wait times, and hand you off to whoever picks up the phone. I'm one guy. I build the site, I host it, and if something needs fixing, you're talking to the person who can actually fix it. No contracts, no upfront cost, cancel anytime.

DIY builders seem cheap but you'll spend hours figuring them out, and you're on your own when something breaks. With this, I build it, you don't touch a thing, and you can still cancel anytime if it's not for you.

Yes. Every site I build is mobile-friendly and works on phones, tablets, and desktops. Most of your customers will find you on their phone, so this matters more than almost anything else.

It means the site is written clearly and organized so customers, Google, and newer search tools can understand the basics fast: what you do, where you work, what things may cost, how to contact you, and the questions people usually ask before they hire you.

It gives Google and other search tools cleaner information to work with. I don't promise rankings, but a clear, fast, structured site is a much better foundation than a vague homepage or no site at all.

Not at first. Most small businesses are better off answering real customer questions clearly before worrying about blog posts. If customers ask the same question over and over, that question probably belongs on your site.

Yes. You don't have to publish an exact price list if that doesn't fit your business. We can use starting prices, ranges, or explain what makes the price go up or down.

That's fine. The goal is not to lock you into a quote. The goal is to give people enough information to trust you and understand whether they should call.

Depends on your plan. Site + Updates and Site + Lead Capture both include small monthly updates like changing your phone number, hours, services, photos, reviews, FAQs, or pricing guidance. The Site Only plan covers hosting, the basic contact form, technical maintenance, and the approved site, but not customer-requested content changes after launch. Bigger changes like new pages can always be quoted separately.

Yes. Every paid CoreStak website includes click-to-call buttons and a basic contact form sent to one email address. The $150 Site + Lead Capture plan adds a more detailed quote or service-request form, qualifying questions, submission backup, tracking, and a monthly lead-activity summary.

Yes. A paid website should live on a real business domain, not a preview link. If you already own a domain, I can connect it. If CoreStak provides the domain, it stays included while your plan is active.

I guarantee the website will work exactly as described: mobile-friendly, fast, and live. I don't guarantee how many customers you'll get, because that depends on your local market and competition, things outside my control. But you'll have a real, professional site working for you instead of nothing at all.

Because I'd rather show you something real than ask you to trust a pitch. I build websites fast, so it costs me almost nothing to put one together and let you decide for yourself. If you like it, great. If not, I haven't lost much either.
