Terms of Service

1. What CoreStak Provides

CoreStak, operated by Paul Linehan, builds, hosts, and maintains websites for small local service businesses. The basic offer is simple: I may build a working website preview first, you review it, and you only choose a paid plan if you want to keep it live.

2. Plans and Scope

Paid plans may include website setup, hosting, SSL, custom domain connection, click-to-call buttons, a basic contact form, search-friendly structure, and technical maintenance. Higher plans may include small monthly updates, review or testimonial updates, enhanced lead-capture forms, submission backup, basic tracking, and monthly lead-activity summaries.

The exact scope of your plan should be confirmed in writing before work begins. Large redesigns, new pages, advanced integrations, paid ads, SEO campaigns, branding work, copywriting beyond the agreed site scope, or unusual technical requests may require a separate quote.

CoreStak's service is month to month. A plan selection, written service agreement, or payment authorization confirms the scope for that customer. It does not create a long-term commitment.

3. Domains

A paid CoreStak website should use a real business domain. If you already own a domain, you are responsible for maintaining ownership and registrar access. If CoreStak provides or pays for a domain, that domain is included only while your plan remains active unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Payments and Cancellation

Monthly plans are billed in advance through Stripe and can be canceled anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Stripe may send payment receipts, invoices, failed-payment notices, and customer-portal links as part of billing.

There is no setup fee unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Past monthly payments are not automatically refunded after work, hosting, or other plan services have already been provided. If payment remains unpaid, CoreStak may pause or end the related services after reasonable notice.

Quoted plan prices do not include taxes that CoreStak may be legally required to collect. Payment disputes do not replace the ordinary cancellation and support process, though nothing here limits rights required by law.

5. Contact Forms and Leads

CoreStak can add contact forms and lead-capture tools, but I do not guarantee that your website will generate a specific number of leads, calls, customers, rankings, or revenue. Results depend on your market, reputation, reviews, competition, offer, responsiveness, and other factors outside my control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, service details, pricing guidance, photos, domain access, contact details, and any legal or licensing information required for your business. You are also responsible for responding to leads and complying with laws that apply to your business, including privacy, advertising, accessibility, licensing, and customer-communication requirements.

7. Availability and Maintenance

I work to keep CoreStak websites online and functioning, but no website, host, form, email system, or third-party service can be guaranteed to work perfectly all the time. Maintenance covers normal technical upkeep, not unlimited new work.

8. Ending Service and Site Handoff

Either side may end month-to-month service at any time under these terms. After the paid period ends, CoreStak may stop hosting, updating, maintaining, forwarding forms from, or paying for services connected to the website. Any handoff of files, domains, content, or data must be agreed in writing and may involve a reasonable transition fee or third-party costs.
